KIDS SEWING CLASSES

Tuesdays after school - Childrens Sewing Classes 3.30-5.30.

£8 this includes fruit, biscuits and a drink.

 

9/9/14 - Learn how to use a Sewing Machine: and make a pin cushion.

 

16/9/14 - Make a Retro Bag: out of recycled fabric, bring in an old pair of jeans/skirt or old printed dress and we’ll turn it into a useful bag.

 

23/9/14 - Make a Toy: let me know what your favourite character is in advance of the lesson. Bring fabric scraps or old clothes we can cut up that would suit.

 

30/9/14 - Make a Funky T-shirt: bring in a plain t-shirt and we will embellish it to make it look cool and original.

 

7/10/14 - Make a Christmas Party Dress: following a commercial pattern. Bring along a shop bought pattern and fabric of your choice.

 

14/10/14 and 21/10/14 finish the dress.

 

4/11/14 - Make a Phone/Ipod/Glasses Case: with either a button or drawstring fastening. Bring off cuts of fabric plus lining fabric and wadding if required.

 

11/11/14 - Make a Drawstring PE/Swimming bag.

 

18/11/14 and 25/11/14 - Make Christmas Decorations.

 

2/12/14 – 16/12/14 - Make Christmas Gifts: wall hangings, juggling balls etc.
